Our evidence-based social interventions aim to promote and raise awareness at the intersection of arts, literature, and mental health. By combining these elements, we are able to advance mental health and promote system change.

What We Do

Our work is inspired in an initiative founded at Harvard University, research published in academic journals and the fail promise of addressing mental health urgently.
Through an innovative approach everyone is welcome to learn, socialize, connect and thrive.
Education

We focus on spreading awareness about the importance of promotion and prevention of mental health in schools, organizations, private entities and communities. Our mental health education curriculum aims to provide public health and scientific relevant content to address this global public health crisis. 

Art Expression Workshps

Our art expression workshops are meticulously crafted to be culturally relevant and context-appropriate, utilizing carefully curated themes to ignite conversations and foster intentionally AHA moments. These workshops serve as a dynamic platform for participants to confront stigmas, share narratives, develop socio-emotional skills and forge connections within a safe space.

Elevating Arts, Culture and Nature

We act as ambassadors and agents of creativity, passionate about to elevating arts, culture and history within the intersection of mental health. Explore museums, public spaces, and nature through a unique and enriching perspective. We created age-appropriate visits to discover the beauty and significance of the cultural heritage.

We spotlight the art through exclusive exhibitions that captivate and engage the public. We create AHA environments where your creations transcend conventional gallery spaces, fostering deep appreciation and connection. Our events celebrate your work alongside other artists, ensuring ideas and collaborations resonate and inspire others.
